A digital audio book may be played back by a computer, MP3 player, tablet or smart phone. Digital audio produced by CAPER-BC is generated automatically from edited e-text or PDF, and is read by an electronic voice. As of the fall of 2017 CAPER_BC will only produce MP3s in  exceptional circumstances.
