A coordinator will walk a student through filling out the Application Form (PDF) together.

CAPER-BC provides materials in one or more formats based on an individual’s requirements. The more information provided with the application about a user’s needs and access to technology, the better we can help. Please also let us know if any of the information on the completed application changes.

The form proves that a user is eligible for our services. We value your privacy and use the information in accordance to the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Eligibility

Any student, faculty, or staff referred to us by the disabilities services staff, at one of the post secondary schools we are mandated to serve, is eligible for our services. If you are unsure, please contact the disability service office at your institution.
